Discipleship Training Classes

Different People have different needs. When a person comes to Christ there can be any number of issues that must to be understood from a biblical perspective. With our busy schedules there is not enough hours in the day to have all the classes people need on different nights. So, we offer electives that you can choose from all on one convenient church night. All of the classes are free of charge. Some require a workbook for a nominal fee.

Experiencing God	Wednesday	6:30-8:00	Experiencing God is a tested and tried method of teaching people to see God working around them in their everyday life.  It is an amazing thing to not only see what God is doing, but to join him in it. We just graduated another group of disciples who now know what God's will is for them and how to do it. A new class will start in September. Basic Training	NA	NA	This is Fellowship Baptist's One on One discipleship. We pair disciples with mentors that have completed our mentor training course. These men and women have a heart for training up  true disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.	One-On-One	$10
Discipleship Two	Wednesday	7:00 - 9:00	Grab your scuba gear, because you will be doing some "DEEP SEE" diving! This is a nine month discipleship class that will teach you not only how to study the deep things of the bible but will help you fall in love with God's perfect Word. Ministry Training	Saturdays	9:00 - 12:00	This course is for those who have sensed the Lords call into the ministry. Here Pastor Bill will train up pastors and leaders to accomplish the will of God concerning His Church. Ministry Training is a 4 year course equivalent to any college course. Woman To Woman		7:00-8:00	Woman to Woman; Truths from Titus is a ladies bible study on Titus 2:4-5.  This study teaches women the unique, but very special God given purpose each woman has.  Each character quality mentioned is matched up in the bible with a specific woman who illustrates that quality in her life. Each woman has the option of taking this study with a one-on-one mentor or as a class.  The next class will start in the Fall of 2009. You can get a W2W application from the Information Booth.
